We are looking for coaches who care about our players as girls / young women and reflect this caring in their coaching all or nearly all the time.

Our coaching staff will be expected to work closely with our players AND their parents to provide the best experience possible to each player in the club.

You will be expected to answer inquiries expressed respectfully regarding the season. Most of all, we expect all coaches to encourage communication from the players and parents.

We have a growth mindset and encourage feedback to grow as a club. You will be expected to reflect positively in your role as coach and to represent the culture of the club.

We are also seeking coaches that are knowledgeable about volleyball and just as importantly, know how to coach its fundamentals, team systems and strategies based on Gold Medal Squared.

Our coaching staff is expected to invest and reinvest over and over again in the development of a fundamental base within each of our players as well as fine tune those volleyball fundamentals that each individual player will utilize most on her current AND potentially future teams.

You must be able to TEACH the sport of volleyball. Your approach must be grounded in the development of FUNDAMENTALS (rather than primarily team systems and strategies - no matter what level you wish to coach).

We are seeking coaches who approach coaching in a professional manner, who can represent Integrity with the professionalism characterized by our club, reliability and thoughtfulness.
