VOLLEYBALL SPEED AND AGILITY IS BACK!
Our program is designed to specifically improve speed, agility, core strength & conditioning.
Our athletes improve in the following areas:
-Vertical Leap and overall Jumping Technique, they learn how to self assess and take care of their bodies.
-They learn the foundation for proper movement mechanics and strength development in order to make them better, and more capable athletes.
Our team of coaches believes in fostering a safe environment for young athletes to learn and have fun, while challenging them to reach their goals and be better than they were the day before.
Our strength & conditioning will develop the 10 elements of fitness:
ENDURANCE | STRENGTH | STAMINA | FLEXIBILITY | POWER | SPEED | COORDINATION | AGILITY | BALANCE | ACCURACY
DATES: NOVEMBER 3RD - MARCH 27TH
$400 FOR 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
$200 FOR 1 SESSION PER WEEK
You will condition before or after your normal practice. If you want to do 2 days, you will be able to choose another night.
