Just Added.... FRIDAY NIGHT CONDITIONING SPECIAL FOR 13 Limited Club, 14 Limited Club Blue , 14 Limited Club Red and Academy PLUS (7th and 8th grade) participants.
FRIDAY NIGHT CONDITIONING SPECIAL
Integrity Sports Performance is now offering a special rate for the remainder of the Club season to 13 LC , 14 LC Blue , 14 LC Red and Academy Plus girls who are practicing on Friday nights from 7:30-9:00. Conditioning will begin at 6:30 and go until about 7:20 so the girls a few minutes to get ready for practice.
Lead coach Denisa Russell will have Volleyball specific conditioning exercises using jump boxes, medicine balls, strength bands and other fitness gear designed to help the girls with quickness on the court, serving prowness and jumping.
You are invited to try a session out either this Friday Jan 10th or Friday Jan 17th or sign up on line for $150 and start this Friday.

Our program is designed to specifically improve speed, agility, core strength & conditioning.
Our athletes improve in the following areas:
-Vertical Leap and overall Jumping Technique, they learn how to self assess and take care of their bodies.
-They learn the foundation for proper movement mechanics and strength development in order to make them better, and more capable athletes.
Our team of coaches believes in fostering a safe environment for young athletes to learn and have fun, while challenging them to reach their goals and be better than they were the day before.

DATES: NOVEMBER 3RD - MARCH 27TH
$400 FOR 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
$200 FOR 1 SESSION PER WEEK
You will condition before or after your normal practice. If you want to do 2 days, you will be able to choose another night.
