As the weather begins to turn cooler, we want to take a moment to remind you a few things regarding conditioning.
Integrity is intentionally trying to do as much conditioning outside as possible to reduce the risks of COVID. It is important that each player bring cold weather gear (pants, sweatshirt) everyday as they will go outside as much as possible.
Also, the players need to bring good athletic shoes. They most likely don't want to wear their good volleyball shoes, but athletic shoes is a requirement. Their is risks of injuries without proper shoes, so the conditioning coaches may not let them work out if they don't have proper shoes.
Also, please continue to bring enough water to last through conditioning AND team practices as we still can not use the water fountains.
Denisa Russell, our lead conditioning coach, is doing a fantastic time getting the girls trained. This will pay off with less injuries, increased stamina and strength. Encourage your girls to put in the effort and it will pay off.
ALSO- we are not accepting any "Private Pay" players right now for conditioning,
