Parents and players....

We hope that you and your family are healthy and well. And we miss you!

We want to give you an update as to where we are and what direction we are going (at least until it changes again). We intentionally didn't give you any details until now as like everything else, the situation is continually evolving. We are in unprecedented times! Students are in a different learning mode. Parents are working from home and becoming teachers. As a club, we are trying to evolve and adjust as well.

First... Integrity is working with our region and with USAV as we determine what path to take. We have various plans. What we are looking at right now is extending the season. At this point, we are rescheduling most of the qualifying tournaments and region tournaments. We will also try and reschedule the local tournaments. Our goal is to give the girls a chance to train and play in the qualifying tournaments, to travel to a tournament for those teams that travel, and a chance to finish the season.  As you can imagine, this is a challenge but we are working hard to come up with all the new schedules and get teams registered. This may mean that you play in tournaments back to back weekends, but we feel that it is best for the players to have a chance to grow and develop. We know that they are itching to get back on the court.

Secondly... We are working to develop some new creative ways in which the players can continue to work and grow and learn without having to be in the gym. You can expect to hear a lot more about this next week! Sometimes getting out of our comfort zone and routine brings changes that can be beneficial. We want our players to remain active and strong and continue to learn in their knowledge of volleyball.

As with everything else, we may have to revisit and revise plans as situations, decisions and directions change, but for now, we are moving forward in these 2 areas.

We are excited about the possibilities ahead! Stay tuned..... and stay safe!!!
