Integrity Volleyball Club is Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) founded in 2010 and is committed to the education and promotion of the student/athlete through excellence in volleyball. We are dedicated to the development of the student-athlete from beginning Volleyball Players to those preparing for collegiate competition. We believe in a positive coaching atmosphere that promotes integrity, good sportsmanship, disciplined training, teamwork, responsibility and a competitive spirit. After a successful first season where we fielded 11 teams, we will be adding three teams in the 15U age group and one in the youngest age group (11U) as we focus on building a solid club for the future. We also started the highly successful IVBC Academy in 2010 for ages 9-11.
IVBC promotes the game of Volleyball in the DFW/HEB area. Through promoting the game of volleyball our goal is to create a positive learning environment where players can improve their overall fundamental skills. Consistent improvement of fundamental skills enhances a player’s ability to reach a higher level of competition and their full potential. IVBC has a sound philosophy in the teaching these fundamental volleyball skills starting within our Pre-Club Academy Program all the way up to our top Select Club teams. We believe our Directors and Coaches lead and direct by example, teach on an experienced level and provide a personal family friendly atmosphere while working with a small player to coach ratio for a positive volleyball experience.
We want to help players develop and improve individual skills, understand team strategy and tactics to compete at the highest level. We also have a strong focus on Coaches development as we feel that this provides the foundation for Player development.
