INTEGRITY VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY
PRE-CLUB PROGRAM
(Boys & Girls ages 8-12 )

This unique program will offer players 8 -12 years old the opportunity to train to play at the club level. Participants will have 1 practice a week with Integrity coaches that will include 75-90 minutes of skill development and 15-30 minutes of Game play that will apply these skills. We will also work on offensive and defensive transitions and court positioning during the 15-30 minutes. This program will train players to play club volleyball at the 11U and 12U level. 

Over half of Integrity’s current 11’s and 12’s team participated in our Academy training program last year.

Our program is different in that we limit each session to 32 participants to maintain a ratio of 8 participants to 1 coach.  This enables our coaches to work with each player as they learn the fundamentals and basics of volleyball.
